Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using Onward. By using the app or service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Onward is an AI-assisted interview preparation and practice app provided by AI Nexus Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the Onward desktop app, its online service and this website. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and sign in with an email address you control. Each account is for one person. Keep your devices and email account secure. Onward is currently offered to users in the United States.

3. What Onward does and does not do

Onward helps you organize your own materials, practice answers and plan next steps. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before you rely on it. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, income or any other outcome. Do not use Onward to invent experience or credentials.

4. Acceptable use

Use real-time assistance only where the interviewer, employer, school or platform allows it, and follow their rules. Get any consent required before you capture audio or screen content that includes other people. Do not share or resell accounts, try to get around usage limits or security, reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the materials you provide, such as your resume, notes, job descriptions and transcripts. You allow us to process them only as needed to run the service, including sending the content you choose to our AI provider to generate a response. Make sure you have the right to use what you provide.

6. Plans, payment and renewal

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout page; we never receive your full card number.

• Interview plans renew automatically until you cancel: Monthly $89.99 every month, Quarterly $239.99 every 3 months, Annual $899.99 every year.
• Each Interview plan includes up to 20 hours of AI session time and 5 research reports per monthly period. Allowances refresh monthly, do not roll over and cannot be used in advance. A session lasts up to 120 minutes, one session at a time.
• The 90-Minute Pack ($34.99) includes 90 minutes and 1 research report, is valid for 7 days and does not renew. If you upgrade to a plan while the pack is active, its price is credited once.
• The Research Add-on ($9.99) adds 5 research reports valid for 90 days. It requires an active Interview plan with remaining AI time and adds no session time.
• Invitation pilots are granted by us, need no card and never turn into a paid plan automatically.

To keep Onward reliable for everyone, we may apply reasonable rate and capacity limits. If we change a price, the new price applies only from a later renewal, and we will tell you before it does.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time under Manage subscription in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Changes to the service

We work to keep Onward available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features. If we stop offering a paid plan, we will tell you and refund the prepaid part you can no longer use.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Onward at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or has a disputed payment. We will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Onward is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or income. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow you to give up.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
